The co***ny has one 20-ton electric arc furnace, four 200 tons of horizontal tensile testing machine, 315 tons of two horizontal tensile testing machine, 1200 tons a plate bending machine, ten 50 tons lane, eighteen 32 tons lane, two 4.5m 〜 5.5m 〜 9.5m electric heat treatment furnace and one 5 m 〜 6m〜 13m electric heat treatment furnace. Co***ny has well testing equipment such as one world's most advanced optical spectrum analyzer, two universal material testers, two i***ct testing machine, two i***ct test cryostat, two gap manual broaching machine for i***ct test samples, two projector, four magnetic defect ***ector and several ultrasonic fault ***ector and some other advanced testing equipments.
The Co***ny adopts the most advanced production line in the world, thus the largest anchor which we produce can be up to 50 tons, and the annual production capacity of our co***ny can be up to 36,000 tons.
We have already got the approval from such Classification Society as CCS 、ABS、NK、LR、GL、BV、KR、DNV、RINA、RS. We also passed ISO9001 system.
